I check in on the Doug Wilson industrial complex every once in a while but the last couple of weeks have been really bizarre for the same reason why the single most consistent comment on his recent youtube videos are "WTF are you talking about?"
I've put some of the pieces together. Basically it involves a [holocaust meme](https://files.catbox.moe/i2kcww.PNG) shared by someone from [Joel Webbon's](https://rightresponseministries.com/about/) church in a group chat that got leaked out to the greater "conservative reformed" community.
I think that's what has triggered this response, but I get the feeling this has been brewing under the surface for a while. What really gets me is how cryptic everything is. From an outsider's perspective it's like they're tilting at windmills.
Also, the Moscow pope (or maybe since their town is named after a Russian city it's Ecumenical Patriarch?), likes to make it look like he's batting a 1000 by [playing t-ball with himself](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JDRqEkUqwvk) (I only shared this video in case someone was wondering what someone trying to look smart by answering their own questions looks like). There was a part of the video where he responded to his critics that said he was overweight and he replied with ["If I were to lose 20 lbs I wouldn't have to go back to edit any of my arguments"](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JDRqEkUqwvk&t=495s) it's like...uhhh... [you're are as large as two normal-size people](https://files.catbox.moe/4gstia.PNG). When RC Sproul was 20 lbs overweight he looked [like this](https://files.catbox.moe/eowo05.PNG).
All I can say is that DW is a legend in his own mind.
Also, Samuel Holden had a video where there were clips from black people on televised broadcasts directly saying they want to extinguish White people but the only thing these "reformed Christians" can think to criticize are the clips of ["wHiTe SuPrEmAcIsT fAsChIsT nAzIs".](https://twitter.com/ostrachan/status/1836433428713029674)
This is a failure to follow Jesus's own Biblical complaint model in Matthew 18:
> if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.
Jesus's model:
1. "Hey meme-posting brother, I need to talk to you about your holocaust denial."
2. If he won't listen, bring witnesses (in person). "Come help me convince him he's wrong to deny muh holobunga."
3. (If he still won't listen) "Hey church, he's doing wrong by denying the six gorillion."
Woke model:
1. Oy vey random internet pastors, did you see this churchgoer's holobunga meme?
2. Oy vey, his pastor didn't kick him out of the church? Let's call his pastor wrong and antisemiiiitic!
3. Oy vey, our [(((Antioch Declaration)))](https://antiochdeclaration.com) says holohoax denial is a sin! If you don't believe in the six gorillion cookies you're not a real Christian!
