I'm a former agnostic who found my way to Esoterica as well, specifically of the Pagan reconstruction bent, Sucks that there's no good online sources for it except the original works going into it. I'm specifically an Armanist (If the name sounds familar the SS used his runic reconstruction), though OFC I don't agree with Von List on everything, mainly as we've got plenty of new info to go off since he passed away over a century ago.

The bit about SS also standing for Schwatz Sonne is something that I think there's another bit of proof for, Von List, who the Armanen runes came from (That being the ones the SS used if anyone missed my last comment lol), would argue the Black Sun represents esoteric wisdom, as a sort of guiding light, and that the Sieg rune represents that wisdom guiding us to victory (or something close to that), so the runes kinda back that up.
