Considering there is no basis for individual rights, including bodily autonomy, in Judaism (women are supposed to go to a special hut away from the rest of the tribe during that time of the month) what's the basis of this claim ?

Is she, in fact, admitting that murdering children is a protected religious right?

Yes. They already successfully argued in court and much of the public opinion that mutilating the genitals of baby boys ( but not girls ) is a religious right.

Why not keep arguing that way?
