It wasn't because "they were muslims wanting to destroy pagan things" if that was the case it would have been destroyed thousands of years ago since that area was under muslim rule for ages, the real reason is was because ISIS is a (((CIA psyop))) and jews love destroying other people's cultures

It wasn’t just ISIS. It was the US government and NATO during OIF/OEF in 2003. They stormed Baghdad, destroyed shitloads of archaeological evidence, then confiscated a fuck ton of cuneiform tablets without returning them to the museum.
