Translating this would be more difficult than translating any post-WWII Japanese text, because immediately after that, they simplified the writing system and cut several hundred traditional characters (E.G. 画　used to be written 畫)

If there's a version with Shinjitai kanji instead of Kyujitai, then I might have a shot at translating this in about three or four years.

I would financially contribute to its English translation if we could find a non-kiked source.
