Why US people get excited during election speeches?

I've seen Kamala and Trump speeches, and their electorate got excited for every bullshit they said. It never happens in EU. Europeans just listen and stay calm. Is it because the chemicals US adds to water?

It's the hype around the person. Kinda like how people cheer at concerts, it's not that hard to reason.

Sports also play into it, which is why we're only allowed Team Red and Team Blue in America. That creates the "us versus them" mindset that doesn't exist in Europe where's there's multiple nuanced parties. Super Bowl, NBA Finals, World Series, and then elections.
