Supposedly. He doesn't even really look like Hitler and that's modern looking hairstyle. I'd need a pretty sound source to believe even that kid was born before the year 2000 no less that it's Hitler. Just did an image search and I'm seeing looksmaxing, reddit, 4plebs and Twitter, only the first claiming it was Hitler.
