Basically Americans and British killed each other for independence. They are still greatest allies, based on Anglo-Saxon supremacy. Does this make sense to you? If I had a fight with some asshole at school, I would never talk to him again.

When white school boys fist fight each other they almost always become friends or develop a mutual respect after the fight. Now that doesn't mean that's what happened with the revolutionary war but it does make me question if you've ever had a fist fight. 🤔 lol

Not my experience.

Fighting works things out. Don't keep perpetual wars, work it out.

I think that there was a watershed somewhere between 1850-1900 that defined "old" warfare with "modern" or "mechanized" warfare. Yes, there were wars, but it wasn't wholesale killing millions of people like in WWI. In some ways, the American Revolutionary war was a civil war and the only thing that ended it was the British having too many irons in the fire.
