I don’t care what’s anyone says, I don’t eat trash to often, but I must admit, I love me a fountain diet Dr Pepper every now and then. Shits delicious. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know it’s gonna give me cancer, but it’s delicious cancer. 😁
Definitely been drinking more soda than I should lately, it never appealed to me until I started losing out on sleep. Stress is definitely a huge factor in all addictive substances no matter how big or small.
I keep these mostly as mixers. They're also not bad to have with dinner since they're caffeine free and won't keep me up. It's actually very hard to find the zero & caffeine free version.
I was disappointed to find out "natural flavors" are actually extracts sprayed onto maltodextrin. They don't have to tell you how much maltodextrin they needed to pump into things to get those natural flavors into the product.
It's flavor compounds from the cocaine plant! Coca-cola company is ZOG's main source of research cocaine. Coke uses the decocainated plants.
Natural and artificial flavors are non-different in your diet. Whether it's simply an extraction (natural) or made by chemical process (artificial), it tells you nothing about their health consequences.
It actually used to be sucralose, but they've changed it at some point. I just looked it up to make sure I wasn't crazy, and it looks like this change was only in the US (of course).
Coca cola was originally just coca tea, saturated with sugar and carbonated.
Root beer was originally just sassafras tea with wintergreen, saturated with sugar and carbonated. (Sassafras contains safrole, the precursor to MDMA).
7up contained lithium.
Sodas of today are deactivated drug drinks. They kept the flavors and removed the drugs that made them so popular in the first place.
Coke zero is just the latest development in taking away everything in soda that your body could use.
