Not feeling anything means you’re an NPC, a script, a robot, an unfeeling machine, a flawed outcome, evil.
If a being does not care for others, then others have no reason to care for them, in fact you can suggest that others should be mandated to destroy sociopathic entities in preemptive self defense. They need to be flushed out to save the truly good beings in the world.
