Speech should be free as a means of allowing problem individuals to out themselves so they can be dealt with. Words are a useful means of determining someone's thoughts and thoughts must also be curated to ensure future prosperity and security. If nobody is left who thinks incorrectly then there will be nobody left to speak incorrectly.
