They’re aren’t many areas of the country where you can move anymore that has less than 20% nigger population for less than 400k, and even at that price, you better be willing to drive at least 15 minutes to get to a grocery store, and over 30 minutes to get to work. If you want a house/neighborhood that’s still 80% white where you can walk to a grocery store, you’re looking at 500k plus easy. More likely 750k, and up, and remember, that comes with higher everything including property tax.
