When the Japanese were sent to internment camps in the desert they could take only a suitcase per person. They left everything behind with their neighbors. When they came back everyone that left their property to non jew neighbors got everything back while the others got screwed.
That's why you'll see typical Japanese shops in California with jews behind the counter.
Every single time.
