You aren't kidding. When I smoked I hated going to dispensaries because everyone was such a loser. The customers, the employees... they were all burned out and weird, couldn't talk normally, and just talked about all their mental issues.

Def smelly. For me the worst is the sort of vacant eyes, dumbed down and inperceptive. Like you were just talking to a wall while their consciousness was on break.

You see the same look in alcoholics or anyone else who is disassociating.
