Train connectivity is decent, so living in Sweden and commute to Oslo is also an option. Several small towns along the border were houses and land are dirt cheap. Or you can live in social housing in Karlstad which are pretty decent apartments with low rent. The city is actively trying to replace foreigners in the ghetto with White students, so those areas are slowly improving.
I would only be able to study in those two cities, as for now Oslo would be not be certain for the student stipend. What was the vax situation like during the coof in Norway? Do people generally support forcing it or was it more relaxed like Sweden?
They closed the border so it became difficult to find milk and butter in most stores every now and then, other than that nothing extreme like the shit we saw in many other countries. They also had no resources to guard the small forestry roads across the border.
