Still the fruit of a poisonous tree, and unnecessary to spread such poison as long as the woman immediately reports the rape, and goes through proper procedures to mitigate damage, I’m perfectly ok with this. Now, if she’s showing up and reporting being raped time after time in order to abuse the system, that’s a different story.
