I’d argue the child is the fruit of a poisonous tree, where a demon spread their demon seed. This is of course if the woman was legitimately, and violently raped, and seeks out authorities, and the most human and effective method to mitigate the pregnancy is employed ASAP.
My pause is always the slippery slope, and how evil people can, and will abuse it. Hopefully God will judge them accordingly.
At that point that is not even abortion, as washing out criminal sperm and taking medicines to prevent conception in the first place are different from abortion. Life begins at conception.
