Because they're Catholics. Same goes with Italians. They hate White people in general because we were made to His likeness.

Not even just Irish, just red heads in general.

Is there some unique genetic marker (besides the red hair) that makes them such a target for their wrath? What do they know about humanity, and Aryans that isn’t known by everyone else?

I guess that's because the Irish have English as a first language and they're pretty outspoken. Italians on the other hand are outspoken just in their native tong because they sound funny in English, and its rather difficult to *takeuh themuh seriouslyuh you knowuh* (kek).
