EDIT: (From YouTube comments, not sure if true) He was arrested in France on a train near Toulon after an altercation with a young woman and is accused for FOUR other murders in Lyon, Évry, Dijon and Strasbourg with similar attacks on homeless persons. He is a 32 year old man from Cameroun and had a French order to leave the country.
