2 sides of the same shekel. Hitler made the crucial mistake of becoming embroiled enough against communism later on that he believed the west would actually come to terms with him. I mean, yes I understand why, but he really should have realized that the liberal capitalistic west was going to try to hammer the state into the ground as well. He was far more anti liberal before he took power. I presume he was trying to pick a lesser evil but there were none
