Depopulated, low fertility White areas. That so sad.
Drug and alchool abuse ruining the youth of the remaining young population.
Around here are a few long roads up the mountains that look similar to this video with ''poor people houses'' and abandoned buildings. Few families, few farms still in operation. Not much drug use though. Very White and very safe.
