They do that in their home countries, once in the west it's no longer possible because they're expected to care for their kids, otherwise the government will seize them. Back in shitholistan they can pump out kids and let them roam around freely in the streets, not giving a fuck, just hoping that at least 1/10 survives.
Cost of living is another big factor, which affect Whites a lot too. You simply can't raise a family if you're homeless or live in a cramped 1 bedroom apartment. This is also "mean age", if a country has 20%-30% singles which is also common today. Those will raise the age up to the life expectancy age of that country, just like every child that dies during birth or is aborted will reduce life expectancy towards 0.
Above age of 30, there ain't much fertility left and the child is more likely to be retarded or get some genetic disease. To summarize, more women need to have babies instead of being (((carrerists))) or (((sluts))). But those who do get kids usually don't wait until age of 30, most are much younger.

I think it might also be due to the foreigners getting liberalized by the second and third generation, because the first generation invaders definitely *do* pump out infinite kids on the taxpayer's dollar. If the (((welfare))) system were dismantled or at least severly curtailed and banned foreigners from using, we would see a mass exodus of "refugees" from the west as the went looking for another nation to parasitize.
Bingo, the (((welfare))) in particular is a good way to track the numbers as we can see how much tax is paid and were it all goes. Many invaders also obtain several identities, or declare more kids than they actually have, just to get more welfare money.
It looks like a (((scheme))) to hide the invaders real over representation in crime and the additional cost in lawyer fees that causes. Because it doesn't take a lot of them to cause chaos.
