Buy the company. Put jews and jewish suck ups into all the juicy high paid positions and pay them them more with the money you save from cutting half the staff. If the company fails blame the underpaid, understaffed, overworked workforce. Finally when the company crashes use your insider knowledge to bet against and swindel uninformed investors as you exit with your golden parachute.
