Does my bank know that I had an accident?

I fell drunk last week and ended in ER. Today I have received an email from my bank, asking if I want an assurance specifically for falling accidents. The email literally says "don't be afraid to fall, get our insurance". This is not a coincidence. I have never received this before. They really know what happened last week from ER.

I'm not alcoholic. I just forgot to eat. I didn't know a few beers on empty stomach were so dangerous.
