Does my bank know that I had an accident?

I fell drunk last week and ended in ER. Today I have received an email from my bank, asking if I want an assurance specifically for falling accidents. The email literally says "don't be afraid to fall, get our insurance". This is not a coincidence. I have never received this before. They really know what happened last week from ER.

The amount of data you can get on someone is actually frightening. For 3 dollars a person I can get specific data about the salaries, political leanings, debt and criminal record of my neighbors using a sales tool through the company I work for. The level of invasiveness is shocking, and that's a tool to help help bullshit to people.
