I'm white, I have a decently paying job (VP). almost all of my friends are white and they all have decently paying jobs.

You are a VP, thats why, not an entry level position. For non-entry level positions, the market is pretty good, but if your a young white man just out of college looking to break into the tech sector, its *awful*.

You misurderstand, I'm saying that if your a VP, youve been in the field for decades, back when it was very easy for white men to get started. The entry level environment you were in 20-30 years ago *no longer exists*.

I only made VP 3 years ago. I should have been a C-level years ago. It took me WAY too long to make Director because fucking boomers wouldn't retire (and still won't). It's boomers, not niggers or pajeets in the way of my (and your) career.
