The boomers are too culturally entrenched in their faux-catholicism to ever formally leave, but the jew's constant denigration of religion in popular culture has separated the metaphorical wheat from the chafe in the Church, with younger Catholics actually *caring* about their faith because all the people who *dont* are now open agnostics and atheists, instead of agnostics and atheist's *pretending* to be Catholic.
