With the amount of shit coming out of Central Park like this, like is it really just a lawless jungle in the middle of NYC? What is stopping a camouflage clad crossbow enthusiast from goodifying some teens in there?

I lived near there. Central Park is amazing during the day. At night it transforms into one of the most dangerous parts of Manhattan
