Many things are depop tools. The Vax is probably one like most vaxxes. Most food. It's control and cull.

We say that but when you look at the numbers, there is still an increase of 25-50 million new births every year. During CoHoax, they bragged doom but we posted the numbers showing a normal increase of +50M people

That's in the developing world where people have no real power and consume few resources so they aren't really considered to be worth controlling as much. And the reach of the depop tools doesn't pierce very well. As soon as those people reach civilization they start depopping. Urban areas of Africa vs rural for example have drastically different birth rates which correlate well with everywhere else in the world where cities are depop centers.
