Because allowing the jews into power is also another symptom of decadence. The jews can only have power in a society that has rejected Christ, because Satan has no victory over Christ. Its no coincidence that the rise of the power of the jews in the west has coincided with the rise of philosophies, such as Liberalism and Materialism, that reject the Kingship of Christ and seek to substitute something else in His place. The jews are basically a biblical plague.
