Out of the Asians, the Japanese are closest to their protoIndoEuropean ancestors, before you could call people "White" or "yellow". They are naturally incredible at miniaturization and collapsible designs, extremely talented at reverse engineering, and above- (global) average inventors. Gooks are protoJap/Chinaman hybrids.

Mongolians? I don't know shit about Mongolians, except that that they absorbed/eliminated an ancient far-eastern European colony and gained the genes for red hair.

Chinese are Chinese. They include all of the virtues and vices of humanity. Their biggest distinguisher from Whites is a shame-based social morality, rather than a guilt-based morality. In other words, "it's only wrong if somebody finds out." It's obviously a morally inferior approach, but Asians have a very weak sense of guilt, which is why Christianity has such a hard time spreading there. They also like to categorize things into numbered list form.

Singapore and the islanders are not familiar to me, but they seem to have a solid sense of civilization or human relation. A lot of Islam in the area, but this is also where you see hijabs and miniskirts together. They mostly like to stay in their own countries.

South Asians: here's where you find both the environmental temperatures and mental acuity of Mexicans. These asians will start forming gangs if you let them have numbers, same as Mexicans. Some are plenty smart, most are kind of dumb. SPECIAL NOTE: if you find a wife from here, you're the most pathetic kind of riceburner. Ffs, at least China-tier and above have the dignity of a proper human. Also those are the ugliest/darkest Asians.

So the colder the temperatures get, the more intelligent and less impulsive the humans who evolve there. Winter strengthens us collectively. The more equatorial the area, the stupider and more impulsive they get. Organisms rise to the level of requirement. Islanders have a noteworthy pro-social evolution, but that pressure is not present in large islands like England or Japan, only small ones where your material well-being is tied to your likability.

Evolution is always adjusting the difficulty of life towards a precise measurement: hard, but not that hard. It's the same adjustment pattern you see in the gym: if you never change the dumbbell weight, the difficulty of lifting will stabilize at "easy enough", whether it's a 20lb or 50lb.
