I think it should be the Church's purview of ensuring healthcare, because leaving it to the (((bureaucracy))) is a good way of wasting money. Even in an unjewed society, it would better to have the Church provide those types of services so the state can focus on defending the Nation.

Unless the church has state funding for this I can only see it being a dumpster fire but if the state was funding it then what's even the point of doing that.

The Church can actually hold its own thanks to tithing and simple community actions, before jews subverted it to import unlimited nogs, Catholic Charites was far more efficient at actually getting homeless druggies to reform than the state was.
