I built high end kitchens and bathrooms. I did well enough with labor, punctuality, and being a fucking capable person to where I got promoted to managing crews.

I make double what I used to from a desk, and I fucking hate it.

They're all fucking retarded. They can't fucking think through a fucking problem. If I don't baby step them through which side of the fucking trash can to stand on they'll end up inside it dumping shit onto the street. And they fucking have!

I spent 3 mother fucking hours today walking a 55 year old through writing an estimate off a work order. I can do it in 5 minutes.

And he still fucked it up.

I hide my power levels in public but today I almost fucking didn't.

How the fuck does this company function? How does any nation function with these fucking retards

My friend I know the struggle. I hired an HVAC company to look at my mini split heat system yesterday. Competent company, used them before, but the tech they assigned this time was lost for THREE HOURS before finally finding my house. Even after I sent him the address, a Google maps pin, written directions, a screenshot of a map from his current location to my house, another set of written directions, and finally another screenshot of map from his current location, along with verbal directions on the phone that a 3 year old could understand. And that retard almost drove past my driveway again while I was on the phone with him (I was away from the house). Then he half ass did the job or got stuck or something and his boss (who came out last year too) had to come out and redo everything correctly today. He was not happy about that retard either.

Thanks man. Long story short, I'm off grid solar, I installed a 3 zone mini split system and I was trying to be slick and put a couple heads on the interior walls when I built my barndo but the drain lines to the sink traps didn't work out and I had a leak at a flare fitting somewhere so I had to move them to exterior walls. At that time I was overwhelmed with work so I paid the HVAC guy to run the exterior lines (brazed instead of flares this time). They worked great over the summer to cool but as soon as I switched to heat mode they go into defrost mode for 2 minutes exactly every 30 min even with no ice build up on the coil. So I'm thinking they didn't calculate the extra lineset length and it is only showing symptoms in heat mode. The owner is supposed to be coming out today to vacuum and recharge it again and hopefully get it done for good. It's becoming an issue because it runs full power during the defrost and when catching back up, combined with my finite electricity storage, and particularly since we got about 2 feet of snow in the last 24 hrs and the panels aren't generating anything. If that doesn't work I think it's gonna be the condenser return sensor, what are your thoughts?
