I built high end kitchens and bathrooms. I did well enough with labor, punctuality, and being a fucking capable person to where I got promoted to managing crews.

I make double what I used to from a desk, and I fucking hate it.

They're all fucking retarded. They can't fucking think through a fucking problem. If I don't baby step them through which side of the fucking trash can to stand on they'll end up inside it dumping shit onto the street. And they fucking have!

I spent 3 mother fucking hours today walking a 55 year old through writing an estimate off a work order. I can do it in 5 minutes.

And he still fucked it up.

I hide my power levels in public but today I almost fucking didn't.

How the fuck does this company function? How does any nation function with these fucking retards

Do you have the power to fire them? There's your answer. There's no penalty. And here's you, in the middle, _still_ doing the job. They win twice. The dipshits are easy to replace and you won't leave.

Save your money start your own business. It sounds like you already have all the skills you need. It's easier and more rewarding than you think.

I don't have staffing power. That's a level above me. I just manage the crews, get them to jobs, make sure they do the work right and get out. I'm middle management. If I could fire the worst of them that would be great

Middle management has the power to use performance metrics to inflict change in an organisation. Essentially you can just invent a bunch of metrics that serve your own agenda, this is what liberals already do.
