IQ is only a measure of how they can do puzzles.
Creativity is a different thing from IQ, although they may be generally related. The problem of niggers is not the low IQ, it's the lack of creativity. This is why they invented nothing. Even a bunch of retards would come up with something sooner or later, if they have the mindset to innovate.
