We've got way too many problems on our hands for this to be a consideration. Firstly, *Spain* would need to unfuck itself before it could dictate the affairs of anyone else. Given the handling of the floods in Valenica and Andalucia, Spain isn't in a position to do anything. Not that it would be, anyways, considering that they outnumber us in population by magnitudes.

Spain also didn't encourage racemixing any more than the British. What's the difference? Massive population difference between north America and central+south america, and the fact that the Spanish actually formed successful alliances. The British also tried to form alliances, but there was no leverage or an aztec common enemy so it was a shitshow. That's a good thing though I suppose.
