I don't want to piss in this punchbowl. It's a good theory of what happens. But there's no specific evidence that this has happened. We only know that there is such a department within the DOJ called the CRS and we can observe the uncanny phenomenon that family members of white victims seem to invariably come to the podium at the police press conference to recite the same words disavowing "racist exploitation" of the crime.

Unless there's a whistleblower that's as close to full-on proof as we can hope to get. It's inappropriate for them to try to smooth out things on account of one demographic over another, and the government's worship of browns is unacceptable in any case.
