I want to turn my empty hippie commune into a White protectionist village; how do I recruit?

Currently, we have over 100 acres per resident, and we'd like it closer to 4 acres/person.

We're in a deep red state. We've got a spring with potable water running faster than a faucet. I don't want to disclose too much; I know what internet autism is capable of.
In any case, we've built out quite a bit of infrastructure and will be able to accommodate dozens of households as soon as next year.

I want to hijack this half-functional hippie bullshit and load up these properties with the White families of White race realists. How do I find such people without seeming like a fed, and more importantly, without picking up a fed and making him my neighbor?

You can stop reading here, it's mostly situational info below.

The founder of our organization imagines this becoming a multifaceted operation, like a real village would be. Outside of politics, he's a deeply thoughtful and spiritual person. Inside of politics, he's a brainwashed TV-watching Boomer leftist. It's hilarious to watch his brain toggle off when Trump is mentioned. Straight from erudite to idiot. He's my good friend, despite knowing that I'm a full-blown anti-faggot nazi racist. We agree on a lot of spiritual knowledge, believe it or not. He wants global unity, I want local unity. He thinks they're compatible, but I know better.

So! His peaceful loving productive village vision cannot be realized through diversity and faggots, but it **can** be realized through race-loyal Whites.
I really believe hippies seek the same end goals for society as White nationalists do, except hippies want to include incompatible personnel, and we want to exclude them.

The founder won't notice or care that the people I'm pulling in are exclusively White racists, he'll just be happy to have helpful people around. Shitty vibes and MGTOW not welcome.

Any advice?

Start a charity foundation for 'Victims of anti-white violence' and start asking white families who are victims of anti-white harassment and crime who can't afford to move out of shitty black and brown areas of America.

If you lean into it well enough the entire premise would eventually end up creating what would be a self-segregated community of "protected white victims". Don't go the aggressor route. No need for it.

Shoe on the other foot sounds good. We have to save our people! FOR MY PEOPLE!

You put it as civil rights issue, maybe you try to pass it off as a charity. You start demonstrating White racial solidarity by helping other White people.

We already have a charity foundation. I may be able to do this under its banner.

Rather than being explicitly racial, I like the "Victims of Migrant Violence" angle. That opens up possible donations from MAGA, while being a huge turnoff for leftists.

Once word gets out, they're not going to let you do anything. You'll have to defend it with force and if you're already using force you don't need a commune.

Be wary of the hippies because theyre almost exclusively brainwashed by "Anti-Authoritarian" communist nonsense. They unironically drink the same coolaid as the jews: "if we get rid of all structure and order, we will create a utopia free of authority" . The reason so many boomers a gigajewed is because they were hippies first, and hippies are spiritual jews. MeFriend's suggestion seems the best, being openly white nationalist will get fed attention, but setting up the commune as a place for victims will probably fly under your radar. But remember, you will need to vet your new recruits, because simply coming in and doing a hostile takeover is a good way to get both any unfriendly natives and feds on your rear end. You have to ensure you have a majority before you go full blown pro-white.

Background check and research each person, then never speak of what you find. If they are wrong for the community, reject them for other reasons. If they are right for you, let them in without telling them why they made the cut over others. People don't like the idea of being exposed, even when nothing to hide. So avoid ever talking about it lest you scare off good candidates

Foster community with low impact, non charged events that have room to break off in groups. Near me the gardening club ended up being more race realist than the doomsday prepper group, so don't write anything off.

Angle the value proposition of the community to appeal to the values you want to attract.

- family
-pride
-nationalism (find a way to subtly differentiate from bullshit civic nationalism)

-self sufficiency
-localism
And power

Angle the amenities offered and the events to those things, or whatever brand of natsoc you subscribe to.

Use the old man as diplomatic cover while assuming all of the vetting. If you're proactive, you will start building a ratio. If everyone you recruit knows to keep their power levels in check, they can be the ones to, say, beef up the water utility or grade and pave some roads. Build a little affinity group within the commune and just take your natural roles. Let the hippies become uncomfortable and leave of their own accord as community standards rise.

Hippies come and go; if pro-Whites stay, the ratio will tilt quickly.

look for people intrested in regenerative agriculture and agroforesty, the main issue is that each site only produces a small amount of lots of things so a situation like yours is perfect, you get 30 families producing 100 crops a year and a processing site that is turning out branded products all year round, the crops could be weighed when brought in and the profits from the products split between the members fairly, if you get in to brewing it could be very profitible, just making jams and other preserves would still be viable

im answering this just on the baisis of how to get people in a community and make it functional, if you only want a certain kind of person just only accept them

I am no fan of the fed-paranoia. You are in the US, right? Express openly that only Whites are allowed, and only married people or families. And you have to vet them. Ask them questions, like why do they want to join, what are their beliefs, what do they think of niggers, kikes and faggots. If they can't give good answers and try to say what they think you want to hear, it's questionable. They don't need to know everything obviously, but they have to be welcoming of the idea of ethnic homogeneity.

I for one could give you hour long speeches about all 3 of those... more with preparation.
