The way you do it is jobs. Start a businesses. Do not hire anyone who isn't on your side. Play the government's game though and pretend you're diverse and inclusive but just don't be.
You have to stand your ground, or the people who'd want something like that wouldn't know. And don't comply with governments, unless you have some dystopian bullshit government that is already in the process of genociding your people... like the US, Germany, UK.
When I make my company (if successful enough), I'll make sure only people join who are based. One interview question will be "what do you think of niggers?" and if their response isn't good, they're not hired. And on the public hiring text I conveniently fail to meet all the good-goy wordings required. It is important that 1. the people understand the culture I nourish, and 2. align with it.
In Germany for example you HAVE to write M/F/D ("diverse") or you get fucked in court either by random people or the government. It's also quite common in general.
