Same because it's not unheard of. At least your feather Indians have blood quotant rules, abbos here say "it doesn't matter how much milk is added it's still tea". Officially you only need an aboriginal elder to say you a are to get all the benefits, so most are pale, blue eyed, light hair colour and straight hair.
