Them being physically weaker makes them drastically more likely to pull their gun on you. A normal cop might try to apprehend you if you resist. A woman will just murder you.

Arkansas recently was a perfect example of pos lady state trooper doing exactly this. Benton police let her off the hook in an "investigation".
