I was just stating the simple fact that a war is not a crime. A crime under what jurisdiction, dumbass? What law? Point me to a law or an international convention that says that war is "illegal". It's only dumb hippie pacifists who think that there's something wrong with war, and lolbertarians who think that the government shouldn't have more rights than the individual citizens.

For fucking centuries there have been wars in Europe and the leaders of the defeated power never had any personal consequence. Why? Because war is not a crime. Napoleon started like 7 wars of aggression and he was not personally punished. Wilhelm II suffered no personal consequences even if his country was blamed for starting the war. They were just exiled to prevent them from starting *another* war again, but they weren't treated like criminals. Because war is not a crime.
