I have to make lots of calls to find trade services necessary for my business. Whenever I call a place and a female receptionist picks up I know its fucked. Never once has a female responded ‘oh yeah you need x and y because z’. Its always some form of ‘uhh let me check, let me get bob to help you, what is that, let me take your info and get back to you.’ They can work at a place for decades yet not learn a single thing about the field. Its baffling. Whenever a dude picks up, other than a shitskin, they always at least have a general idea, even if they are not the specialist.
