This isn't just young dumb women. This is men too, including smart men. Or at least supposedly. You used to do a trade, stock with it, master it, and be the best at it in a certain area. Now people bounce around constantly. This WILL come back to bite people in the ass eventually. As an employer I'd look at this and think "why the fuck would I hire you, you're a flake". Just like if s girl bounced from guy to guy every 6-18 months I'd realize she was a whore and not want to date her.
