She's working a boring ass job where she sits in a hedge fund office with millionaires all around her. She's also a woman. Her making 60k is only really added onto whatever her partner is making, because he's going to be the main one providing for their living, food, bills, etc. Her 60k just helps out a little bit on top of the ~120-140k that her boyfriend is making.

Yes sir, and when you hang around “successful” people like that it’s great networking to move up, and/or adjacent to greener pastures, but as usual, women are impatient as fuck, and think 1.5 years at a job is a long time. Shit, she likely would have met a successful man there that she could have had a family with, and stayed at home all together.
