I grew up and live in the NOLA area, and I’ve explained this to my family and friends in regards to big events like Mardi Gras parades, and even Halloween which is a big event here. You shouldn’t participate in any of this shit if you value your life. I tell them yes, the chances of a random nigger TRYING to shoot them in a crowd isn’t necessarily the problem, but they don’t have to be trying. In a crowd, and in general, they almost always hit and kill IBSs.
