Your average pastor has gone to bible college which is itself a non-biblical concept; if you read the bible, the early church model was an apprenticeship like any other - an aspiring pastor was trained on the job by a more experienced pastor, not sitting in a classroom. Supplanting this model with the worldly edjewcation approach made it easy to subvert thousands of young men simultaneously.

Bible colleges teach pastors that the jews are God's Chosen People™ and worship the Father without the Son (despite Jesus Himself saying it is completely impossible to know one without the other).

Most important of all, they're generally taught to interpret end times events as really being about the jews, not Christians. After the tribulation, the jews will supposedly accept the Messiah en masse after 2000ish years of hating Him. These pastors are not taught to see jews as a subversive force that hate our God - jews are just future Christians.

Because of this, loving the jews is portrayed as your Christian duty. Whites' built-in empathy makes this easy to accept.
