Thanfully now we can just judge them by their skin because science. It's also quicker. Who wants to take all that time just to find the 1 in 200 tolerable niggers?

Even that stat is highly variable. Go to any nigger-infested region of Chicago, and you'll be lucky to find 1 in 2,000. However, if you have the occasional nigger in a sea of White people, you might find that 90% of those niggers are tolerable, even amicable. Once you have a tipping point of niggers, like Haiti for example, they self-select rapidly and eradicate non-niggers and anything that resembles a non-nigger.
