Source on percentage of total Jews who owned slaves in the USA?

I've heard people claim that 60% of Jews owned slaves but I've also heard people claim this was made up. It sounds high to me but wouldn't shock me. Anyone have a source?

Are we saying that jews literally did everything? What did White people do? Turns out jews were the real colonizers, jews were the real explorers, jews were the real settlers... Was there anything White people did except slave away for jews?
