Almost every "bad advice" or "self-help" thing where people point stuff out is the only response where the guy commenting tells you to actually do something with your life. It's a cycle, like this.

>"Guys why am I (Insert thing)"

>Comments: work out and eat better you soyboy faggot

>Other comment: lmfao do nothing it'll get better

>OP chooses to do nothing

>Repeat a month or two later

It's true, unless you are exceptionally lucky, almost any self-consciousness or mental issue can be fixed by quitting goyslop and doing something with your life. We as a species only hear what we want to hear. Our ability to pick and choose everything extends to advice too, we are stubborn. We are not desperate. We are only in want of need, convincing ourselves that it'll get better on its own because we are not in dire enough straits to accept the reality that it won't.

I would've written more, but I can't think of anything right now.

It's also hard to endure short term suffering for a reward that seems out of reach, a way our cold-dwelling ancestors had to live by.

We are so far removed from our ancestors in terms of philosophy and religion that if we were to meet them they'd be unrecognizable as humans.

Our society is so degenerate and so far out of touch with reality that ideas like "take care of yourself" are revolutionary.

Saying "endure suffering" is such a ridiculous notion to those living in reality. It's like telling a fish to swim.

This is true. Perhaps it is an evolutionary deficiency, one we must overcome with what we know now.

Yeah, but it’s so simple to start the journey. The first thing I suggest everyone do is walk around with their shirt, and shoes off in the backyard for five to ten minutes everyday for a week or two. THATS IT!!!

Sunning, and grounding is the easiest way to get people started with some easily attainable and tangible results IMHO.

The next thing I get them to do is skip breakfast everyday, and not eat until after 12pm.

I’ve used these simple things to get three frens on the path to success.
